Yoga YV + Pilates

1. General

By booking a class, workshop, course or purchasing any service through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

All services are provided by Yoga YV.

2. Bookings

• All bookings must be made and paid for in advance via the website.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.
• Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Bookings are valid only for the selected date and time and cannot be exchanged once confirmed.

3. Class Passes

• Class passes must be used within the stated validity period.
• Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared.
• Unused sessions will not be refunded or extended.

4. Cancellations

Single class bookings

• All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. In exceptional circumstances, a transfer may be offered at our discretion.

Workshops & courses

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.
• If a workshop or course is cancelled by Yoga YV, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Liability waiver

By booking and participating, you confirm:

• You are participating voluntarily.
• You understand physical exercise involves risk of injury.
• You accept full responsibility for your participation.
• You will inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions before class.
• You release Yoga YV from liability for injuries sustained during participation.

Yoga and movement practices are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before participating.

Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

6. Changes to schedule

Yoga YV reserves the right to amend class times, instructors, venues, pricing or terms where necessary.

7. Website use

All website content remains the intellectual property of Yoga YV.

Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
